Exodus
Who Am I, that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt? And God said, “I will be with you.”

Behind The Art
Beyond the obvious “Why me, Lord?” further relevance of this Scripture can be discerned. It addresses the feeling we sometimes have of wandering about, dislocated, in some modern Sinai Desert, full of doubt and fear, technically free, perhaps, yet feeling somehow still enslaved.
The path ahead, what we can see of it, looks utterly impossible. We point this out to God. He says, “Don’t worry about it.” “Don’t worry about it?” we say. “There are wild animals out there and terrible hardships and all sorts of dangers.” He says, “I know about all that, and I know your doubts and fears. But it’s all right because I will be with you. I will never abandon you or forsake you. I love you.”
Note. It seemed important to show the bush burning, yet not consumed by the fire.
